It is with the guiding light of the Grand Architect of The Universe, I step forward as the 41st elected Worshipful Master of Grier Heights Lodge # 752. I am committed to leading with integrity, courage, and understanding. I honor the legacy of those who have guided us here, their dedication, wisdom, and resilience form the foundation upon which we now stand as brothers. Their sacrifices built the path we walk, and their example lights the way for the generations rising behind us.

I accept the responsibility not only to preserve that legacy, but to expand it — to open new pathways for growth, innovation, and deeper connection. Leadership, to me, is not a title but trust. It is the daily choice to serve with authenticity, to listen with humility, and to uplift with purpose. My purpose is to lead in a way that strengthens our bond, deepens our unity, and reflects the values we claim loyalty, peace, love, courage, understanding, and legacy.

 Together, we will cultivate a culture where these values are not merely spoken, but lived where collaboration becomes our rhythm, brotherhood becomes our anchor, and service becomes our identity. We will build spaces where every voice is respected, every brother is supported, and every generation is empowered to rise higher than the last. For legacy is not what we inherit alone, it is also what we build. Growth is not accidental, it is intentional.

And generational stability is not a gift handed down in succession from one leader to the next, instead it is the result of leaders who plant seeds they may never see bloom. As brothers, we commit to being those leaders. We commit to building a future that reflects our shared values and expands our impact for decades to come.
